RENTAL OPTIONS
Depending on the style of your event, there are two options you can choose from when booking the Trails End Banquet Room
Hourly Room Rental
$200 for 3 hour rental of the Banquet Room. $75 per additional hour needed.
This rental option is great for meetings, auctions, fundraisers or small gatherings where you do not need Food & Beverage service. For any event where there is Food & Beverage service needed, you must hit the required minimums with the rental option below.
Food & Beverage Minimum
Monday - Sunday AM $500 (all events must be completed by 3pm)
Sunday -Wednesday PM $500 | Thursday - Saturday PM $1000
The F&B minimum rental option is great for birthday parties, Holiday functions, rehearsal dinners, and any gathering of 25+ people. Please note if you do not hit the F&B minimum, you will be charged the difference on your final bill.
HOW DO I SECURE MY DATE?
A $200 deposit and signed rental contract are required to secure your date. Please note the deposit will be applied to your final balance for the event.
HOW SOON DO I NEED TO BOOK BY?
To guarantee availability, we recommend booking as far in advance as possible, but we can accommodate events up to 14 days away.

MENU OPTIONS
There are 2 different food service styles you may choose from in the Banquet Room.
Restaurant Style
The event host selects a short list of their favorites to create a limited menu that your guests may order from. These items must be selected at least 14 days prior to the event.
Buffet Style
Menu items must be pre-selected from the full catering menu 14 days before the event.
*Please note all Food & Beverage tabs in the Banquet Room will have a 18% auto-gratuity added to all checks
BEER & WINE
Drinks can be ordered from Trails End Taphouse & Restaurant’s extensive beer and wine list featuring 28 draft beers and 16 daily wine glass pours. The host may choose to pay for all of the beverages, a portion of the beverages up to a chosen price point, or each guest can be responsible for their own individual tabs.
*Please note all food & beverage tabs in the banquet room have an automatic 18% gratuity added.
